Secondment Opportunities at CST Nexia
The number of secondment opportunities have grown over the past few years and many of our staff have taken part in three-month secondments to either our Australian Nexia partner, Nexia Court & Co, or further a field in the United States. Two of our seniors have had secondments to both New York and Florida, which they found enjoyable, hard work, and a unique opportunity to experience working life in a fast-paced culture. We have also sent two further Senior Business Services Accountants to our San Francisco Nexia office.
As a firm we are fully committed to promoting secondment opportunities to our staff. Secondment opportunities are developing throughout the world with close links being formed with Nexia firms in the USA and Europe as well as closer to home in the Asia-Pacific region. We have reciprocated with our Australian Nexia firm and have offered their staff the opportunity of working within our Audit division as well as experiencing Skiing in the North Island! This is an area we actively would like to promote as it not only adds to staffing levels over busy periods but also enables our own staff to enjoy a diverse working environment.
