Dean joined CST Nexia Limited as an Associate in August 2003. While building his own portfolio of clients he has been involved in a significant range of project and consulting work that has included completing numerous business valuations, preparing cash flow forecasts and business plans, assisting with finance restructuring and assisting clients in negotiations with the IRD and other creditors. |

Elaine Yong joined CST Nexia's audit and assurance services division in 2000 after spending a number of years in the public sector auditing arena. A partner since 2005, Elaine manages a broad range of clients and is responsible for two large high profile public sector audits. Kumar Aravinda joined CST Nexia in March 1995 to develop the firm’s audit and assurance services division. Prior to this Kumar was a Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. A partner since 1998, Kumar specialises in audit, financial consulting, due diligence and investigative accounting. Kumar is also one of 12 members to the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountant's Professional Standards Board (PSB) and a member of the Nexia International - Australia New Zealand Audit Committee. He also chairs the Financial Advisory Standards Working Group under PSB. |

Tony is a Partner in the Business Services Division of CST Nexia Ltd. Tony has had 20 years of providing business and tax advice to a wide range of businesses across many industries including High Wealth individuals, privately owned companies and cross border private companies. Tony has been with CST Nexia for a total of 12 years after having worked for a big 4 firm. Tony has a particular interest in Tax and Trusts and is part of the Trust Special Interest Group of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. |
