Dean joined CST Nexia Limited as an Associate in August 2003. While building his own portfolio of clients he has been involved in a significant range of project and consulting work that has included completing numerous business valuations, preparing cash flow forecasts and business plans, assisting with finance restructuring and assisting clients in negotiations with the IRD and other creditors. |

| Kumar Aravinda joined CST Nexia in March 1995 to develop the firm’s audit and assurance services division. Prior to this Kumar was a Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. A partner since 1998, Kumar specialises in audit, financial consulting, due diligence and investigative accounting. Kumar is also one of 12 members to the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountant's Professional Standards Board (PSB) and a member of the Nexia International - Australia New Zealand Audit Committee. He also chairs the Financial Advisory Standards Working Group under PSB |

| Tony had previously spent 10 years with Howarth & Howarth when he first joined CST Nexia in 1996. He subsequently worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and BDO before rejoining CST Nexia in 2001. Specialising in succession planning, valuations, tax and business structure, funding proposals and financial accounting Tony became a partner with CST Nexia in 2002. |
